I cannot answer the question directly, as I really don't know. But as it stand now, I had my new Copero SH fully unlocked 3 weeks ago. And since then, it's become one of my prized new accomplishments! Complete with a slew of rare decorations and a growing collection of the Copero Themed Ulities, it's well on its way to becoming one of my favourite new virtual spaces to work in, and invite other players to tour through in the public listings, and with the guided tours I do between grind sessions.

Copero is home to the Chiss Ascendency, meaning it's a place of high intelligence. The Chiss are a blue skinned, red eyed race of abnormally intelligent people. As they are not known for being the strongest or more skilled in combat, where they excell is in the realm of intelligence operations, tactics and adaptive strategy methods to overcome their enemies. In light of this, the Reader of the Whills has opted to use this otherwise personal Stronghold as an intelligence base, security Data Vault and Alliance Commender's Retreat. Our beach cove features a beautiful spa and sauna for relaxation and reflection. Our Cafe features some of the finest drinks and dining. Our armoury is well stocked with munitions and manned by highly trained operatives. Our data vault is secure and able to take on most expansion projects without an issue. 

Lastly, but surely not least, our market place is chalked FULL of collectables from throghout the galaxy, available for other players to browse and make copies of for their own strongholds, compliments of our Stronghold Curator, Debaron. The reason why I think I may have been the first to get it unlocked, was the overwhelming number of random visitors I've had come through while I'm decorating, to check out the East and West wing expansion areas. Also, I couldn't help but notice that while my grind has ended, there's still a large number of people requesting groups to form for Season 6 Objectives, meaning they are still hacking away at it.

East Wing: Dark Side 

The East Wing Guest Room is purposed to be a foyer dedicated to Bogan, The Sith and the Empire. When you are visiting, we caution guests not to step too close to the gate on the floor, for security reasons. The Eastern Exterior and Suite is purposed to be our Armoury, complete with a test firing range, and fully stocked with weapons stands, racks, cargos and other displays. In the Eastern Lookout above, our best view is reserved for our Alliance Commander's Quarters. With the finest bedding, electro locked safe cabinet, security network access and private dining area, we expect these accommodations to serve our commanders with the best standards in comfort and security.

West Wing: Light Side   

The West Wing Guest Room is purposed to be a foyer dedicated to Ashla, The Jedi and the Republic. Here we feature a ceremonial torch, to represent the flames of passion we all share for the freedoms we enjoy and uphold together. The Western Exterior and Suite is purposed to be our Intelligence and Security Data Storage Vault, which is connected to our Alliance Intelligence Network. Knowledge is Power, and the greatest asset we have for establishing and maintaining peace and diplomacy. The West Wing Lookout is reserved for our Voss Ambassadors, as their wisdom and accurate visions have proven to be both practical and insightful in preventing security threats before they take place. It's just a matter of interpretation through quiet contemplation, which we hope our space will provide.
