Emotions are exactly like drugs - highly addictive. So addictive that we can imagine any number of things to justify our need for them. And we end up destroying ourselves... by fuelling the very things we fear, and attempt to escape from.

So many times in my life, I had been angry. And I pointed outwards saying "It's her fault, his fault, this fault, and that fault....etc" But when everything fell apart in my life because I COULD NOT CONTROL MY ANGER... it was no one else's fault but my own. And my greatest wish is that others might learn that before they lose everything the EXACT same way I did.
