To schedule a Live Support meeting with the Network Creator or trained administrator, you can use the events application built into this support group.
Click on "Request Live Support" below to get started.- Your event posting will only be visible to the Network Creator and group adminitrators, and will be deleted once our meeting has concluded. Make sure to set the event as PRIVATE, then save and publish the event.
IMPORTANT: Invites are prompted on page two of the event creation process. Invite ONLY the Administrators by selecting the "Administration Member Category" from the drop list on the invite page. If you do not invite us, we won't know to show up!
Once you have your Live Meeting scheduled and posted, and the Administration Team has been invited, you will need to download and install the Discord Streaming App (Windows) onto your desktop or laptop for best results and the most function. For other versions, please visit the Discord Website. (www.discord.com) However we highly encourage you to use the windows version of the Discord App on a desktop or laptop computer for best results. Once you have the Discord Streaming App installed, join the Djemini Network Server by following this link: https://discord.gg/zZw6p4fgkq Someone from the Network Admin Team will come to join you in the "Djemini Connect" voice chat channel at the time of your scheduled meeting. Don't be late!
